In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any product on the hb188 platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. hb188 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. hb188 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to hb188 and online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. hb188 does not accept Members from Prohibited Territories, and any Account found to have been registered from such a territory may be suspended and any balance held pending review.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are acting under any form of legal guardianship or are otherwise restricted from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to register.
2.4 No Employment Conflict. Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of hb188 or its affiliated technology and payment providers are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in any promotion, unless explicitly permitted in writing by hb188 management.

3.1 Registration Process. To become a Member, you must complete the hb188 account registration form accurately, providing your real full name, valid email address, date of birth, country of residence, and a secure password. All information provided must be truthful, current, and complete.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual person may register and maintain only one hb188 Account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, hb188 will close the additional accounts, void any bonuses received, and may withhold any winnings generated from those accounts.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Your password must not be shared with any third party. hb188 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use arose from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Account Transfer. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your hb188 Account, Account Balance, or any rights attached to the Account to any other person or entity.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. hb188 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the Account Balance, once the Member has been notified by email. If the Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.
4.1 Verification Obligation. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete hb188's KYC verification process by submitting clear copies of the following documents:
4.2 Processing Time. KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 30 minutes during operational hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Submissions outside these hours are reviewed at the start of the next operational period. hb188 may request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient.
4.3 Right to Request Re-Verification. hb188 reserves the right to request re-verification at any time, including for existing verified Members, as part of ongoing compliance and fraud-prevention obligations.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hb188 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). Additional methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is applied by hb188, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits independently.
5.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits are credited to your hb188 Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers are credited within 15 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours. hb188 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's processing systems.
5.4 Currency. All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). hb188 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.
5.5 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. hb188 has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity and may freeze an Account pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are of illicit origin.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be processed to a verified Account (KYC completed). The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used for the corresponding funds wherever possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
6.2 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
6.3 Withdrawal Fees. hb188 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payouts. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which hb188 accepts no liability.
6.4 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and KYC status and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard.
6.5 Withdrawal Review. hb188 reserves the right to conduct a security review before processing any withdrawal request. This review may take up to 48 hours in exceptional cases. During a review, no interest is payable on the withheld funds.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hb188 are subject to the specific wagering requirements and conditions stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unmet requirements at the end of the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:
7.4 Bonus Eligibility. hb188 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion, including excluding specific Account holders from a promotion where there is a reasonable basis to do so. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
7.5 Seasonal Promotions. hb188 periodically offers promotions tied to calendar events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 season milestones, EPL fixtures, and Timnas Indonesia international matches. These promotions carry their own specific terms and validity windows, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
8.1 Acceptance of Wagers. hb188 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where a Member is suspected of match-fixing, exploitation of system errors, or other irregular betting behaviour.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface before the wager is placed. Placing a wager constitutes acceptance of the applicable stake limits.
8.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds display caused by a technical fault, hb188 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Member's Account Balance. hb188 will not honour winnings generated from demonstrably erroneous odds or game outcomes caused by technical faults.
8.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. Once a live bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled by the Member. hb188 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, including where there is a disruption to the event being wagered upon.
8.5 Game-Specific Rules. Each game, betting market, and specialty product on hb188 — including the sportsbook, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) markets, Mahjong, live casino tables, and slots — is governed by its own product-specific rules, which are accessible from within the relevant product interface. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any product before placing wagers.
9.1 Commitment. hb188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All Members are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing to the hb188 support team. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed before the nominated period has expired.
9.3 Age Protection. hb188 maintains strict age verification procedures. If a Member is found to be under the age of 21 at any point, the Account will be immediately and permanently closed, all deposits returned where practicable, and all winnings forfeited.

10.1 hb188's Right to Suspend. hb188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hb188 reasonably believes that:
10.2 Member's Right to Close. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting hb188 customer support. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions are met and no investigation is pending.
10.3 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination or closure of an Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, hb188 is not obligated to return any funds that have been derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse, and may retain such funds pending an investigation or legal process.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hb188 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
12.1 Ownership. All content on hb188.onl — including but not limited to the hb188 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is owned by or licensed to hb188 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Limited Licence. hb188 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any hb188 content without prior written consent.
hb188 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hb188 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
14.1 No Warranty. The hb188 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hb188 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
14.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hb188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other commercial loss — even if hb188 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In any event, hb188's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your hb188 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Force Majeure. hb188 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, internet infrastructure failures, or the actions of third-party payment processors.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hb188 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of the hb188 platform in violation of these Terms & Conditions; (ii) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (iii) any fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct on your part; or (iv) any third-party claim arising from content you submit to the platform.
hb188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hb188 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the hb188 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The current version will always be accessible at hb188.onl/terms-conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hb188 holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you under the laws of Indonesia.
18.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the hb188 platform, you are encouraged to contact hb188 customer support in the first instance. hb188 is committed to resolving Member complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. Most disputes are resolved within 5 business days.
18.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in hb188's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
18.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against hb188.
